Booking terms & conditions are subjected to the following company policies.
- Hundred percent advance is required to secure a booking (Conditions apply)
- Packages are prepared as per the following options. Stay, Sight seeing, Transfer is included in all packages. The food is either of the following modes or options
European plan - Only Stay
Continental plan - Stay + Breakfast
American plan - Stay + Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner
Modified American plan - Stay + Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner - We encourage / accept bank transfer by Cheques, online transfer and wire transfer
- Charges apply for bookings cancelled before a week during season. Full amount even 72 hours before arrival date and on peak season of April , May, June, July, September, October, December, January
- Special discount on corporate, students & excursion groups and off season
- Child Policy – Children up to the age of 5 years are complementary and their stay free. Children between the ages of 6 - 12 years accompanied by elders / guardians will be charged either as Child with bed or child without bed. In some cases these are excusable.
- Check In & Check Out –Our hotel check out time is 12 Noon and this is as per the norms of the region. We can relax the rules if informed earlier or if there is no rush. One can extend the stay by a couple of hours. A reminder a day in advance is necessary from the guest to the manager is a must.
Check - Out – Time – 12: 00 Noon - Payment – We are open to all kind of transfer. Bank transfer is the most convenient mode. Yet for the convenience of our guest we accept other mode of payments. The payment mode and settlement have to be settled in advance with our contact person. Bookings are confirmed only if advance is paid.
- Taxes –The taxes applied are as per government norms and are subjected to change as per the government notice. We levy a 10 % Service Charge on stay. Other taxes if any are applicable and are based on as per the norms of the region. As present there are no local taxes.
- Concessions – This is for the information that any tie up with us by for tour operator, Tour agents, Tourism houses and group bookings we offer Nett Price – This is subjected to prior arrangement and is applicable with industries and other houses also.
- Discount – We also offer off season discounts. We would like to inform that the guest should check out the season with our respective manager or the booking agent or travel agents. It is generally January to March. Please check it before visit.
- Cancellation Charges – Cancellation charges applicable are as per the number of days these are relax able during off season but during season we are strict. Full charge during peak season April, May, June, October & December. The cancellation charges are as follows
Booking Date to 30 Days prior to Arrival : Rs. 5000/-
29 Days to 16 Days prior to Arrival : 50 Percent
15 Days to 8 Days prior to Arrival : 75 Percent
08 Days prior to Arrival / No Check In / No Show : 100 Percent - Re scheduling –Change in date is only possible if there is any vacancy. One option we can offer is the choice of hotel if there is vacancy in other hotels. However minor amendments can be made on the payment of a charge subjected to availability.
- Cheques are accepted as payment at least 20 working days prior to arrival date
